Before Brazil mounted their comeback against Mexico with some help from Ronaldinho's free kick prowess in the second half, they were 1-0 down and in danger of sinking even deeper when Dani Alves ran down Chicharito in the box to earn his second booking of the night. Alves delivered a shoulder check to the Man United striker that would've made Pepe proud and then nearly trampled him when he fell over.
Andres Guardado failed to convert the ensuing penalty, though, which kept Brazil just one goal down and set them up for an eventual 2-1 win.
